Deals are capped at 5 SOL while escrow is run by hand.

How it works

The seller hands over the FOMO account. Your SOL stays in escrow until you've secured it and a 72-hour hold has passed.

  1. Offer or buy now

Make an offer or pay the asking price. No SOL moves until the seller accepts.

  2. Pay into escrow

You have 2 hours to send the SOL to escrow. It's held there, not sent to the seller.

  3. The seller hands over

The seller empties the account's wallet and moves its login email or phone to yours. You arrange it in a private deal room.

  4. You secure it

Remove the seller's passkeys, devices and authenticator, then confirm you control the account.

  5. The seller is paid

After a 72-hour hold, the seller gets the SOL minus the 2% fee. If they take the account back during the hold, you're refunded.

Questions

Is FomoHandle run by FOMO?

No. FomoHandle is an independent marketplace for FOMO handles. It doesn't control FOMO accounts and never asks for a login.

Do I have to share a password?

No, and you never should. The seller changes the account's login email or phone to yours, so login codes come to you. Nobody at FomoHandle will ever ask for a password or code.

What if the seller takes the account back?

Report it in the deal room during the 72-hour hold. The SOL stays in escrow, and you're refunded.

What if the seller never hands over?

The seller has 24 hours after your deposit. If they miss it, you're refunded in full.

Can I use the account's wallet?

Treat it as not yours. The seller may have kept a backup of its key, so don't keep funds in it.

Why are deals capped at 5 SOL?

Escrow is run by hand for now, so deals are kept small. The cap will rise as things run smoothly.

Which wallets work?

Phantom, Solflare and Backpack. Signing in proves you own the wallet and doesn't move any SOL.
