Stand between the buyer and the seller while an account changes hands. You keep both sides on track and make sure the buyer really controls the account before anyone gets paid.
What you'd do
- Join the deal room when a handover is scheduled
- Walk the seller through handing over the account
- Walk the buyer through securing it
- Flag problems so the deal is refunded instead of paid out
